Unfortunately we are not able to make address changes for orders that have been placed outside of our business hours: Monday - Friday: 9 am to 4 pm (CET).
You are able to change the address for your order if the order has been placed in the business hours mentioned above or until you get the confirmation email that your order has been handed over to the carrier.
Please get in touch with our Customer Care team as soon as possible if you need to make any address changes.
