If you believe your product is faulty, please get in touch with our Customer Care team and we will be happy to immediately organise a refund or exchange where appropriate. Please note: BIEHLER Cycling has a 12-month Warranty period from the date of receipt. Warranty goods claims do not cover wear & tear. Proof of purchase is needed for us to be able to assist you with a warranty claim.
